27th Parallel Winter Guard in Stuart, Martin County, Florida
27th Parallel seeks a qualified weapons instructor for the 2008 Winter Guard season and beyond. His or her duties will include writing, teching as well as all rehearsals and shows.

27th Parallel is an Independent “A” guard located in Stuart on Florida’s east coast.

27th Parallel is entering its 4th season of competition and are the current FFCC Independent Class “A” Champions as well as Semi Finalists at the 2007 WGI World Championships in Dayton Ohio.

Chamberlain High School
Chamberlain High School in Tampa is looking for techs and writers. This is the ultimate job in teaching. You don't have work with the budget, the boosters, or any craziness that might occur. We have the program set up for our staff to focus completely on the kids and the show. We have 30 girls on the field this year and 19 returning veterans from last winterguard season. Sickles High School in Tampa, FL. is accepting applications for their color/winter guard instructor position. The program has developed into an all around quality guard, continually receiving superior ratings during marching band season and placing third this past April at the FFCC Championships in Orlando. Applicants must have prior experience teaching flags, weapons, and body work as well as excellent communication skills with students, parents, and staff. We are looking for a dynamic member to add to our staff who is highly creative and focused on developing quality performers.

West Orange High School - Winter Guarden, Florida

The Southwest Florida area is in serious need of a guard instructor. At least 3 competitive programs in our area (Mariner, Estero, North HS) do not have instructors for the 2007 Fall and 2007-2008 Indoor seasons. Mariner has the work for the opener and the ballad and is in need of a designer to write the closing work.
